Mobile Pet Spaw: In one word… LUXURY. Our gorgeous Mobile Salon comes to you and caters to your pet. What is Mobile Pet Grooming? It is professional grooming self-contained in a custom van that arrives at your door to take care of your pet's grooming needs. Mobile pet grooming is preferred by most of today's busy pet owners. The convenience for you and the exclusive attention for your pet make it desirable to use a mobile cat/ dog grooming service. Our mobile salon is completely equipped to afford you the utmost in service. The generator furnishes electricity to the dryer, table, clippers, A/C, vacuum, lights and more! A hot water heater ensures the perfect bath temperature and a therapeutic bathing system cleans and soothes your pet. Why a Mobile Pet Groomer?
How long have you been grooming? For over 19 years. You can rest assured that your pet is in great hands. Will you be the one grooming my pet?Yes. Do you groom cats?Yes, we groom and offer full salon services for both cats and dogs. How long does the grooming take?Depending on the pet, it usually takes anywhere from 1-2 hours. I want this process to be as pleasant as possible, and I go at your pets pace. Do you use warm water?Yes, the van holds 50 gallons of fresh, heated water. I'd like my dog groomed on a regular schedule can you set that up?Yes. I pre-book appointments for you, to add to the convenience of the service that I provide. All you do is tell me the frequency that you wish to have your pet groomed, and the rest is done by me! I will bring your next appointment at each visit. How often should my dog be groomed? This is a personal preference; however, it is recommended that you have your pet groomed at least every 4-6 weeks. Doesn't frequent bathing dry out the skin and coat?Absolutley not, as long as you are using a shampoo and conditioner that moisturizes the skin and coat, you may bathe your pet as often as you like. Do you need to use my electricity or hose?Nope! Our van is fully equipped with a generator for electricity and a 50 gallon fresh water reservoir. A separate 50 gallon tank holds our dirty (but entirely biodegradable) soapy water, which we empty back at our office. On very rare occasions, we may have to ask to borrow your garden hose to refill the fresh water tank.... but it is not typical of us to do so. Can I have my pet washed in my own shampoo? We'll be happy to use any preferred pet-safe or veterinarian prescribed shampoo, as long as it is designed for and safe to use on pets. Regular customers may even choose to leave the bottle of shampoo in the van, we will label it and keep it to use only on your pet. How long until I can get an appointment?Due to the high demand for this service, appointments are on a wait list only basis at this time. The time frame for the waiting list is unknown, but should an opening come available, you will be notified in the order that your request was received. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please click here. Why does mobile grooming cost more than a regular grooming salon? We come to you! Your dog has one on one attention without the stress from being caged, and you do not have to make 2 trips to the salon. You do not have to plan your whole day around getting your dog groomed. The groomer mentioned my pet might have a health problem. Should I still take my pet to the vet?Yes. While we are not licensed veterinarians, groomers usually see your pet several times a year, while your vet probably only sees him once in a while for shots. We also carefully inspect every inch of your pet during the bathing, drying, and styling process, and are more likely to notice problems that owners sometimes can't see. If a groomer mentions a potential health problem, she is only acting in the best interest of your pet's health. Common things we often notice are: dry skin and dandruff, rashes, sores, ingrown toenails, ear infections, fleas, ticks, impacted anal glands, urinary tract infections, fatty tumors, skin seborreah, warts or moles, seasonal and food allergies, severe weight fluxuations and teeth problems, to name a few! If your groomer mentions a potential illness, please call your vet... for your pet's sake, for your sake, and for ours. Have a question not covered here?
